Expressive Arts Presentation on SoulCollage TM

This workshop will introduce participants to a unique blend of soul-ful practice and the fun of collage. Developed and trademarked by psychotherapist Seena Frost, SoulCollage® is a vehicle for personal growth and a powerful tool for helping you to access your inner wisdom and to understand your life’s journey. The work that SoulCollage® inspires is  deeply grounding, yet at the same time it is fun, creative, and expansive. Making and consulting the cards offers a tangible way to know yourself in your diversity and depth, and also a way to show yourself to others.

This is an experiential workshop in which you will:

• Create a SoulCollage® card (all materials will be provided)

• Learn how to process the images you have created

• Get a beginning understanding of ways in which you can integrate SoulCollage® into your clinical practice

• Discover how to use SoulCollage®  as a restorative tool for yourself  to enhance your own well-being
