1 ● Clinical Member: LMFT - $60.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments ○ Holds a valid license as an MFT.
○ Is a member of CAMFT in good standing.

2 ● Affiliate Clinical Mental Health Member: LCSW, LPPC, Psychologist, Psychiatrist - $50.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments ○ Licensed professionals related to Marriage and Family Therapy and are licensed, certified or registered pursuant to California law and are in good standing with their professional organizations.
○ Must be a member of CAMFT.
○ Examples include LCSWs, LPCCs, Licensed Psychologists, Psychiatrists, and Psychiatric Nurses.
○ Affiliates are non-voting chapter members.

3 ● Pre-Licensed Member: AMFT - $30.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments ○ Includes Associates.
○ Must also be a member of CAMFT in good standing.

4 ● Student — Prelicensed - $30.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments ○ Includes MFT Students and CSW interns engaged in the process of gaining supervised experience towards licensure.
○ Must also be a member of CAMFT in good standing.

5 ● Pre-Licensed Affiliate Clinical Mental Health Member: ACSW, APPC, Psychological Assistant - $30.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments ○ Includes Associates and Students
○ Associates and Assistants are engaged in the process of gaining supervised experience towards licensure.
○ Students are enrolled in a Master’s or Doctorate program satisfying the educational requirements for eligibility to sit for licensure.
○ Must be a member of CAMFT in good standing.
○ Pre-Licensed Affiliates are non-voting chapter members.

6 ● Community Partner - $75.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments ○ Are for singular (one-person) entities who are professionals who are working in a field unrelated to Marriage and Family Therapy or mental health. Examples include accountants, attorneys, physicians, mediators, and financial advisors.
○ Community Partners are non-voting chapter members.

7 ● Lifetime Clinical Member - $300.00 (USD) Subscription period: Unlimited ○ Must be a member of CAMFT in good standing unless retired or declared inactive by the BBS.

8 ● Retired or Inactive Clinical Member - $30.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments ○ Declared inactive by the BBS and no longer working in the mental health field nor are offering or promoting any other business or service – that is they belong in the Community Partner Category of Membership.
○ Retired or Inactive Clinical Members are non-voting chapter members.

9 ● Corporate Member - $300.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments - Is an organization of two or more people that financially support the goals of LA-CAMFT in return for specified benefits determined by the level of support, receives 5 tickets at discounted rate, is mentioned in every newsletter, high-lighted on website and newsletter as corporate member.
- Can write article for newsletter.
- Can make announcements at meetings.
- Has the ability to sponsor meeting, etc.
- Corporate Member's are non-voting chapter members

Mentorship - Free Subscription period: Unlimited

Statement

LA-CAMFT asks for the requested information in this application in order to ensure we reflect the diverse community of mental health professionals in our communication, outreach, marketing, and programming development. Our goal is to improve how we serve this community through an increased understanding of our member’s needs while establishing that the most respectful language is used when addressing and engaging with community members.
