This presentation will provide a professionally guided workshop toward building and maintaining a successful clinical private practice.

Learning Objectives:

• Understand the financial, tax, and business fundamentals of starting and building a private practice.
• Gain insights into the importance of consistent money practices and their impact on business growth.
• Learn the components and importance of a profit and loss statement for financial management
• Understand the process of establishing pricing for private practices, including the relevance of personal budgeting.
