I have experience working with clients who feel anxious, depressed, angry, lost, helpless or stuck. Sometimes people arrive at my office having just experienced significant loss and are grieving that loss, while others are sad and unsatisfied with life without a specific precipitating event. Many people I work with recognize that something isn’t working in their life and they’re ready to make a change, but not sure how.
