Hello and welcome. I am a LMFT with a private practice located in West LA. I work with adult clients with a specialization in working through trauma using EMDR therapy. I also specialize in perinatal mental health which encompasses any period from conception, fertility, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I support individuals and couples in my practice.
My approach is focused on each person's individual needs and presenting concerns. I spend time getting to know my client's patterns and what makes them feel "stuck". From there we develop goals together to address these stuck points and barriers to reaching goals.
