Short Description
Seeing Adolescents/Teens, Individuals, Couples and Families addressing various challenges in life. Primary focus is trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral/mood disorders.
Description
Sandi has found that personal change and growth come from creating an encouraging, supportive, safe, compassionate, and
empathetic environment where an individual can discover oneself and grow. Specializing in complex trauma, she works from a Psychodynamic approach synthesized with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR while incorporating humor, play, and somatic modalities to help individuals address the various
challenges that life and relationships often bring. Her goal is to work collaboratively with her clients to help them find healthier ways of being and heal mind, body, and soul. Sandi can be reached at 424.341.1977 or sandibohle@gmail.com.
