I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Private Practice. I am also the Founder/Owner of RockStarTherapy as well as a Parent Educator. I strive to provide a safe, nurturing environment for clients to explore a variety of topics. I specialize in working with clients dealing with addiction issues, eating disorders, relationships, and life transitions.

While I have spent the past several years practicing as a therapist, the first 15 years of my professional life was focused working at A&M Records and in artist management where I worked directly with musicians, bands, managers, agents, producers, and crew members. I have unique insight into the music business and my specialty is integrating that knowledge with my expertise as a therapist. I spent a great deal of time touring with artists and in recording studios. These experiences have given me an understanding of the rewards, challenges and demands life on the road and in the studio present for musicians and their families. I witnessed firsthand many bands & individual musicians struggling in their professional and personal lives due to relationship issues, substance abuse, and communication difficulties. Healthy communication is essential. I can help direct energy toward positive communication while enabling artists to maintain their creative edge. I have extensive experience with these situations. I am an expert and I can help.
Parent Educator
As an instructor at A Mother's Haven in Encino, CA, I offer a safe, supportive environment for new parents to gather, learn, develop friendships along with a support system throughout the first year of their child's life. As important, I provide plenty of time to play, interact, and bond with your baby during the classes as well.
