Description
I help people take charge of their lives and make long-lasting changes in a short period of time. Clients develop an inner place of well-being, learning to connect with their core self and intuition when life becomes stressful, as well as when things are going well.
I use Body/Mind Psychotherapy, providing each person with mental health tools that charge up energy, moving from thoughts to feelings to grounded action. Integrating traditional and alternative healing methods, clients learn powerful mental health techniques that can be utilized anywhere, anytime, giving immediate results.
My practice includes parents, children, teens, families, and millennials addressing issues of anxiety, trauma, divorce, death in the family, school issues, and social skills, etc. I also work with young adults and their parents and seniors and their adult children.
In private practice for over 25 years, I teach workshops on parenting, post-traumatic stress, relationships, addictions, eating disorders, Shoah concerns, stress management, spirituality, and meditation.
As lead trainer for Spielberg’s Survivors of the Shoah Foundation, I've traveled worldwide training interviewers. I am currently the Networking Events Chair and Board of Directors for LA-CAMFT.
