Event Coordination Committee
Welcome! If you’re looking for a great way to become a little more involved in your professional organization, you’ve come to the right place.
The Event Coordination Committee organizes the mechanics and processes involved in producing our monthly events. Our members are your colleagues! And, as your colleagues, we invite you to join us on one of our sub-committees as we work together, get to know each other a little better, learn from each other, and have some fun as we go.
The Event Coordination Committee responsibilities include registration and hospitality, table hosting, name tag development, literature table set-up, membership table staffing, and folder organization. Each of these important areas has its own sub-committee, chairs or co-chairs.
You can choose to work with us on the day of an event, help with preparation for our meetings or co-chair a committee. We welcome your participation and will help you find a way to become involved that works best for you!
